Provisioning Coordinator

§ Executed provisioning services for Sprint Long Term Evolution (LTE) network, which replaced multiple platforms (CDMA, iDEN, WiMax) with a single multi-modal platform.

§ Launched MicroWave (MW) processes and created cut sheets for Sprint (NetWork Vision Project).  Analyzed Visio Design Drawings to create MW cut sheet with such data as MW Host Name for equipment, IP assignments, CSR ports, etc.

§ Provisioned all aspects of ordering and installation of ethernet orders which included order creation, validation, implementation and trouble resolution to meet customer delivery expectations.

§ Provisioning responsibilities for Phase II of Network Vision Project included ASR submission, FOC and EAN retrieval of Ethernet upgrades (7,190 sites), Network interface migrations (3,363 sites) and fiber installs (1652 cell sites).

Circuit Provisioner

§ Project Managed and provided provisioning service for T-Mobile projects including New Cell Sites, Trunk Service, DS3’s and T1 Rehome. 

§ Provided daily status of sites to the customer to ensure sites were turned up in a timely manner. With timely completion of sites ensured the revenue for the customer.

§ Created and submitted ASRs to various LECS, tracked FOC and Completion Notifications. Built good relationships externally (LECs) and internally (T-Mobile and LCC) to ensure request were completed on time.

Provisioning Engineer

§ Managed and provided provisioning services for T-Mobile South Region to existing or new Switch (MSC/MSS) and Media Gateway (MGW). Services included IXC, PST, LMI, and 800/8YY, DA, E911, Code Moves and Hub/Point to Point DS3s.

§ Responsibilities included tracking orders and communicating order status and confirmation dates with customer Engineering, Operations and Project Management.

Circuit Designer

§ Project lead for Brooks Fiber database conversion. Integrated all existing DS3, DS1, DS0 and switched access trunks into TCOMS/ACE.

§ Designed DS1 and DS0 circuits for switched access and produced circuit layout record for operations.

§ Initiated DS3 orders with Facilities Engineering and coordinated turn up with LEC, IXC.

§ Tracked DS3, DS1 and switch port capacity and reported status to Operations, Sales, Facility Engineers, Network Planners and Traffic Engineering.

Switched Network Provisioner

§ Responsible for detailed local switch order process, implementation process for new and existing switches.

§ Tracked all circuits from inception to completion and notify various departments on status.

§ Coordinated with local operations and LEC for turn up of new switch.

§ Processed toll free documents for acquisition to Worldcom Network or release to other Responsible Organization, including release and reservation of toll free numbers through the National SMS.
